Nature Coast Botanical Gardens The garden and nursery occupy 4.5 acres on Parker Avenue just east of US-19 and is the home of 22 themed gardens. They were established in 1994 by members of the Spring Hill Garden Club. The club still maintains the gardens. Included among them are a Rose Garden Gazebo and Asian Garden that make ideal wedding venues. The gardens are open and free to the public every day of the year from dawn till dusk. It is a beautiful, peaceful, pet friendly place with many benches and tables for stopping and "smelling the roses". They have recently completed a paved path throughout the entire property making it accessible for all, including wheel chairs and walkers. Many people enjoy taking photos, bird watching, painting and just enjoying the surroundings. As you enter the Gardens you are immediately struck by the peaceful beauty of "Old Florida".
NJoy Spirits Distillery NJoy Spirit’s Distillery is a family-operated Florida whiskey distiller in the heart of the nature coast. When we started making our Wild Buck American Rye Whiskey (we didn’t want to make any rye), we wanted to make America’s finest 100% Rye Whiskey! We are confident we have achieved that and have no doubt you’ll agree with just one sip! Wild Buck Whiskey is smooth, bold, handmade, and bottled at 100 proof. We start by fermenting a mash of 100% farm-fresh rye grain. We grind and cook it daily, one batch at a time. We add no artificial flavorings or color and use only purified ultraviolet filtered rainwater. At NJoy Spirits, our whiskey is never rushed. Our whiskey is aged in custom-made new charred American Oak barrels and developed in the Florida climate. The American Oak barrels give our final product a deep rich flavor with a hint of spice that only develops with time using a smaller barrel. OPEN ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ONLY! 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sparacia Witherell Family Winery & Vineyards As first and second generation Italians growing up in Brooklyn, NY, our family all lived within a five city block area. We spent holidays, birthdays, and every Sunday together. After years of our brothers and sisters pursuing their lives, careers, and raising their own families, we have all come together and planted a vineyard and are building a winery in Florida! Our sister has been teaching at Pasco-Hernando State College for many years. Our brother has retired from the Port Authority of NY & NJ Police Department, and our older brother, has been in the wine industry since college in the 1960s. The first grapes of the vineyard were planted on Easter Sunday, 2016, by our family, many of whom were present at the Sunday dinners years ago! Monday & Tuesday: CLOSED Wednesday & Thursday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Friday & Saturday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sunday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

The house is one of the most well-preserved historic buildings in the area and sits on a scenic hill overlooking the city. Its exhibits include more than 10,000 items related to the area’s founding, settling, and development, and docent-guided tours are available regularly and last about an hour.
