When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by July 19th as a courtesy to our vendors.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal. There will be plenty of outdoor games and dancing so comfortable shoes are highly recommended.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
There will be a fully stocked cash bar available. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL OR THC DRINKS ALLOWED Non-alcoholic drinks will also be available to ensure that everyone can enjoy themselves. Please DO NOT bring your own alcohol or THC drinks. If you do, you will be asked to leave as the vendor could lose their license, it violates the venue contract - and results in a large fine for Matt and Rachel

Yes, please make note of this when you RSVP! You can also contact Matt or Rachel.
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Firefly offers plenty of free parking, and the ability to leave your vehicle there overnight. We strongly encourage you to dance the night away AND make it home safely by taking the shuttle provided, especially if you consume any alcohol. Rides back to your vehicle at the venue or various hotels can be arranged the following morning if needed.

What do I need to know about the shuttle?
Answer
The shuttle will be available to all guests, running between Firefly in Nevis and The Chase in Walker. Prior to the wedding: the shuttle will depart from The Chase no later than 3:30 After the wedding: the shuttle will depart from Firefly every hour until the end of the night

What happens if it rains?
Answer
Our ceremony will be moved indoors at Firefly. Outdoor games that can be safely enjoyed will also move inside.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that photos during the ceremony are only taken by our professional photographers. There will be plenty of opportunities for photos before and after the ceremony. We will also have a Photo Booth available for you to enjoy all evening!
