Can I bring my kids to the wedding?
Answer
No. While we love your kids, we want to celebrate with you! Due to limited space at our venue, only adults (18+) are invited. Take the night off, let loose and come party with us!

Due to limited space at our venue, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus ones beyond those included on the wedding invitation.

What should I wear?

Our wedding is semi-formal. What does that even mean? This website has helpful tips: https://www.brides.com/semi-formal-wedding-attire-4800687#toc-what-to-wear-to-a-semi-formal-wedding Our ceremony will take place on the beach, so keep that in mind when choosing your shoes. It will cool down in the evening, and while our reception will be indoors, we recommend bringing a light jacket, cardigan or shawl in case you get chilly.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Our wedding venue is the Beach Retreat & Lodge in South Lake Tahoe, California. Our ceremony will take place on the beach with a reception to follow in the ballroom.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking onsite at Beach Retreat & Lodge is reserved for guests of the hotel only. However the venue has arrangements with the Safeway across the street (1020 Johnson Ln., South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150) and CVS next door (3471 Lake Tahoe Blvd., South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150) for wedding guests to park at. The venue has never had any issues with guests parking their vehicles at the Safeway or CVS, and our wedding will be taking place after peak season, so parking in the immediate area should be ample. If your friends or family members will also be attending the wedding we do recommend carpooling. Please remember to drive responsibly at the end of the night.

Please let us know if you have an allergy, intolerance or diet specific need that is not met by our menu options and we will work with our venue to accommodate you.
