What airport should we fly into?

The airport closest to the venue is in Reno NV.

Where should we park for the wedding?

Answer

Venue parking is limited. If the lot becomes full there is hourly/all day parking across the street at the Hyatt hotel. Carpooling is best and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

What should we wear?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable and have fun. This is a completely outdoor venue. Sandles over heels is a good idea though because of uneven grassy ground. Also, keep in mind as evening rolls around it could get a little chilly.

Where should we book a room?

Answer

Everyone is staying someone different but we have been told multiple times that it is the busiest time of the yea. Things are booking fast. As for location, Incline Village NV is small and doesn't have much lodging. Some alternatives are South Lake Tahoe and Reno. They are about the same distance from the venue.

Are you registered anyway? Can we bring a gift?

Answer

We want you to be stress free and have fun not worrying about gifts. If you insist there will be a table towards the entrance of the venue with a card box you can leave anything you want to bring.

Can we bring in outside alcohol?

Answer

No outside drinks are permitted but there will be a cash bar on site.

Are the ceremony and reception at separate venues?

Answer

No, both the ceremony and reception are at the Aspen Grove in Incline Village.
