(We recommend trying the butter burger and cheese curds) Kopps is a staple and known for their incredible burgers and frozen custard Sit Down American Restaurants Sobelman's offers outstanding burgers and bloody marys Café Benelux is located in the third ward which is one of our areas to walk around and shop! Black Sheep has a great selection of food including cheese curds and a cool atmosphere Seafood Harbor House (views of Lake Michigan and great menu) Screaming Tuna (right on the milwaukee river and has a chicken roll that is 10/10) Rooftop Bars + Appetizers (great views) The Outsider is a rooftop bar in the Kimpton Hotel. The best views and small bites!
Chicago is only 1 hour 30 minutes away from downtown Milwaukee and makes for such a fun day trip! You can take the Amtrack train directly there and it runs all day to/from MKE.
