Your reservation through the portal will give you complimentary wi-fi, complimentary continental breakfast, and 2 bottled waters in your room. The reservation cut off date is July 17th.
Flight
Louisville's airport is a bit smaller, but is served by all the major airlines with lots of flights. Depending on your carrier you'll likely connect somewhere although there are non stops to major hubs. It has an attached rental car facility and is 10-15 minutes to downtown depending on traffic. Uber/Lyft cost roughly $25. Cincinnati is the next closest major airport. That's 90 minutes away. Just be aware that the main interstate through Louisville (I-65) will be under major construction at this time. (Fully closed in July) For everyone driving in from the North, you'll be able to get off downtown no problem. Same with coming in from the West or East on I-64. You'll get detoured coming in from the South. I would recommend planning just a bit longer to get to the airport from downtown when you fly out. Surface streets will get you there just fine. The busiest time at the airport is the morning rush. 5-7 am.
