What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie attire is preferred. For women, a formal floor length dress. For men, suit and tie or a button up and slacks.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will follow directly after the ceremony inside the banquet hall.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar with select drinks. Please drink and drive responsibly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

No, this will be an adults-only celebration.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony. The wedding is on a Friday, so traffic is expected. Plan for time in traffic, to find parking, walking to the venue, and finding a seat.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

We can not accommodate for additional plus ones that are not stated on your invite and RSVP. If you have questions about your plus one, please reach out to Rachel or Lupe.

Answer

Where is the parking for the event?

Answer

There is a large office parking lot across the street from the venue for guests to utilize. There will be event signs and a parking attendant to guide you. Please see the map on the 'Events' page on our website for details.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 22nd by visiting https://www.zola.com/wedding/rachelandlupe/rsvp. The site will prompt you to type your name, select if you/guest(s) will be attending, and choose your dinner meal.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. Our officiant will remind guests before the ceremony begins to silence all phones and put them away. We will have a photographer and videographer capturing the moment, so enjoy that moment with us without any distractions.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes! The link is https://www.zola.com/wedding/rachelandlupe/registry. You can find the page on this website as well. We are registered through Zola, Amazon, and Target. Gifts through our registry are all welcome, as well as funds towards our honeymoon.

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! We will have plenty of appetizers during our cocktail hour right after the ceremony. Dinner will follow shortly after. Later in the night, cake, desserts, and a late night snack will be offered.

Do I need to bring cash?

Answer

We recommend having cash with you for tipping the bartender or our late night snack vendor if you choose to indulge. We will also be doing a money/dollar dance to dance with the bride and groom.
