The market is located around the State Capital and right across the street from the Park Hotel. This is one of Rachel's favorite things to do in Madison. Fun fact - her first job was working for Stella's Bakery, a mainstay bakery at the market that makes incredible spicy cheese bread!! For good cheese check out Hooks aged cheddar and Forgotten Valley.
Great breakfast spot!
Great breakfast and lunch spot! If you go in Saturday, try the Magic Coffee!
A must visit spot! Open seating, grab a beer, brat (veggie too), ice scream, listen to live music and see the iconic UW chairs (they’re very cool!)
A fun stop to see beautiful mosaics and you can even go to the top and get a great view of the isthmus. Fun fact - the dome is the third largest dome in the United States.
Lots of bars, restaurants, and shops.
Classic Wisconsin fare - definitely get the cheese curds!
