Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail/garden formal attire. Spring colors and floral prints are encouraged. We ask that you do not wear jeans, sneakers or polo shirts without a jacket. The ceremony is outdoors and on grass. The weather can be unpredictable in spring so please plan accordingly.

Is there transportation to and from Boulder to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles are available to Lionscrest Manor from Boulder and from Lionscrest Manor back to Boulder at the end of the night. Shuttles to Lionscrest Manor leave pickup locations at 4 pm Pickup Locations 1. Chautauqua Dining Hall (please choose this option if you are staying at Chautauqua cottages) -Parking fees apply if you're not staying in the cottages 2. 2816 Cordry Ct. Boulder, CO 80303 (please choose this option if you are not staying at Chautauqua cottages) -Free street parking available Shuttles leave Lionscrest Manor at 11 pm returning to the pickup locations. Vehicles can also be left at Lionscrest Manor overnight and can be picked up by noon on Sunday May 19th. Please note it is difficult to get an Uber/Lyft from the venue, we suggest scheduling a ride ahead of time if you plan to use that option.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4:30pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm.

Can I bring a date or my kids?

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We have a limited block of 1 and 2 bedroom homes at Chautauqua Cottages. The blocks require a 2 night minimum (5/17-5/19) and run about $276 per night for the 1 bedroom and about $342 per night for the 2 bedroom. Additional 2 bedroom cottages and 1 bedroom cottages may be added to the block as available. Please note that bookings can't be made online to be part of the block. Please reach out to Rachel (rachelafenn@gmail.com) as soon as possible for lodging requests and questions and note that lodging is on a first come, first serve basis. Note that there will be additional events Friday night (5/17) and Sunday morning (5/19) for family and out of town guests.

Question

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be a chicken, fish, and vegan entrée option. Please select your entrée option in the RSVP. All food options will note if they are gluten free, dairy free and/or vegan. If allergies or dietary restrictions are a concern for you, please reach out to Rachel or Khalif.
