When should I RSVP by?

If you need to make any changes to your RSVP, please email us at rachel.kevinchesney@gmail.com or text (540) 505-9916. Please include your first and last name.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate with our friends and family on this special day. Because of this, we hope you understand our decision that your invitation will be addressed and will include all of the names of those invited. This way there will be no confusion regarding who we would like to celebrate with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 5:15pm as the ceremony will start at 5:30pm.

What will the venue be like?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be located outside. There will be places to sit and mingle as well as shade if it is a warmer day. Although the reception is outside, we will be under a tent.

Is there a specific attire?

Answer

We would love to see everyone dressed in cocktail attire! We want it to feel like a garden party as our wedding will be outside.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or preferences regarding the food, there will be an option to let us know when you RSVP. Please be sure to provide any and all details regarding your allergies so that we can ensure that there is food that you can eat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking at the venue and signs showing where to park. Although we do recommend to utilize the shuttle option we are providing that can be found under the Travel section.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Address: 15091 Yager Rd, Somerset, VA 22972. Please note that the service at the venue can be spotty so please ensure that if you are driving you have the directions prior.
