FAQs

The Wedding Website of Rachel Beiler and Justin Wood
Question

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be outside in only partial shade on the lawn rain or shine (bring your umbrella if the weather looks questionable). The reception will be in another part of the lawn under a tent which has full sides in case of rainy weather.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is an outdoor wedding and reception on grass, so ladies please be mindful of your heel choices. You will need to walk approximately 300yds from the ceremony to the reception tent down a slight grade so please keep that in mind. We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is preferably semi-formal attire.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

You should arrive an hour early to the ceremony if you would like to participate in our shuttle service to the ceremony site from the field parking lot. If you are planning on just walking to the site, please plan for at least 10min walking time down a gravel drive and across grass lawn.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please reach out to us if you have a significant other you would really want to bring and is not already indicated on the invitation. There is limited space but we will consider your request if enough notice is given.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your children are specified on your invitation and RSVP then yes, if not, we kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. We hope you understand & enjoy the day off as we can’t wait to celebrate with you! Please reach out with any questions!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to the long drive from the airport to our location, renting a car will already be necessary to attend, so shuttle service from the hotel to the event will NOT be provided.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There will be plenty of space for parking in a field with signage to direct you. Once parked, guests will walk (or be shuttled) down the marked path to the ceremony and reception area.
