For those travelling from the Lower Mainland, BC :
Take the ferry either from:
1) Horseshoe Bay in Vancouver to Departure Bay terminal in Nanaimo, Vancouver Island.
OR
2) Tsawwassen terminal to Duke Point terminal in Nanaimo, Vancouver Island.
We recommend to reserve and pay online.
Once on Vancouver Island:
Drive an hour north to Buckley Bay ferry terminal.
Take another ferry from Buckley Bay to Denman Island West (can only buy tickets in-person when arriving to the terminal, link to schedule: https://www.bcferries.com/routes-fares/schedules/seasonal/BKY-DNM?departureDateCode=R21_20241015_20250331)
Drive 10 minutes across Denman Island.
Take one more ferry from Denman East (Gravelly Bay) to Hornby Island (Shingle Spit); (also can only buy tickets in-person when arriving to the terminal, link to schedule: https://www.bcferries.com/routes-fares/schedules/seasonal/DNE-HRN?departureDateCode=R22_20241015_20250331).
Drive about 15 minutes to Sea Breeze Lodge (5205 Fowler Road).
