Please let us know if you're able to join us by April 31.
Please plan to arrive at Ru's Farm by 2:30 p.m. Welcome drinks will be provided!
Ru's Farm provides free parking for wedding guests from 2 p.m. on our wedding day (Saturday, September 5) until 9:30 a.m. the next morning (Sunday, September 6). We encourage you to park and leave your car overnight to ensure your safety and a good time! If you would prefer to walk, bike, or grab an uber to Ru's Farm, it's less than two miles from the Healdsburg town square. Please make sure to arrive by 2:30 p.m.!
Transportation will be provided from the wedding to the after party (located in the Healdsburg town square) starting at 9 p.m. Please plan to drive, walk, bike, or uber to the venue.
For the wedding, we encourage you to wear colorful cocktail attire. Please choose shoes comfortable for grass and gravel. Gentlemen, suits or blazers are perfect—ties not required. (However, Boogie will be in a bowtie!) For the welcome party, bring on your best cocktail western-inspired fits! We're in California... so jeans count as cocktail.
Most of our wedding will be outdoors. Please prepare for 80-90 degree weather (dry heat / not humid!) and grass and gravel surfaces. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner spaces are outdoor and shaded.
We love your photography skills, but please save them for cocktail hour and dancing! We prefer an "unplugged" ceremony without phones or cameras. Don't worry - we have a wonderful photographer who will be snapping away during this time!
We are so excited to celebrate with our nearest and dearest! Due to our venue's capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally named on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
While we absolutely adore your little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only occasion. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy a relaxing evening with us! That said, we understand that some circumstances, especially for those traveling, can be unique. Please reach out if you have extenuating circumstance and we're happy to discuss!
Yes, treats encouraged.
