Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Rachel Keaton and Joseph Luna
Whether you've lived here your whole life or are joining us from out of town, welcome to The Land! We've put together this guide to help you navigate and enjoy our beloved Cleveland during your stay.

----- Where to eat and drink! -----

Rising Star Coffee Roasters

Rising Star Coffee Roasters

1455 West 29th Street, Cleveland, OH 44113

Excellent coffee with superb seasonal specials, all served with a glass of sparkling water to cleanse the palate. This location is in our neighborhood!

Duck Rabbit Coffee

Duck Rabbit Coffee

4160 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44113

For serious coffee drinkers. Thoughtfully sourced beans, roasted to perfection, prepared with true attention to detail. A cup here is a memorable experience.

The Judith

The Judith

5222 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44102

An absolute gem of a french inspired breakfast bistro. 10/10 for your morning. They also turn into a wine bar and serve dinner though we have yet to try!

Astoria Cafe & Market

Astoria Cafe & Market

5417 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44102

This is our neighborhood brunch spot. Great Sunday morning option with generous portions (an excellent croque madame) and a fun Mediterranean market.

Good Company

Good Company

1200 West 76th Street, Cleveland, OH 44102

The place that started it all! This was where we had our first date, over what Joe calls "the best wings I've ever had, and I'm not a wing guy." Order the Pecorino-Garlic (Joe's favorite), the Char Siu (Rachel's favorite) or the Tavern Style (a joint fave) .

Fat Cats

Fat Cats

2061 West 10th Street, Cleveland, OH 44113

An excellent American eatery, solid chill vibe and great drinks. We've been coming here regularly since our third date.

Prosperity Social Club

Prosperity Social Club

1109 Starkweather Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44113

One of the oldest bars in Cleveland and one of our favorite hang out spots. Enjoy a hearty and Polish inspired menu to keep you warm during Cleveland winters.

Momocho

Momocho

1835 Fulton Road, Cleveland, OH 44113

Very tasty Mexican food given with the haute cuisine treatment, one of our favorite take out spots. Serving Rachel's go to paloma!

La Plaza Supermarket

La Plaza Supermarket

13609 Lakewood Heights Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44107

Momocho is great, but sometimes, when we just want to eat our way through as many al pastor tacos as possible, we go here. Rachel used to live just around the corner!

Taco Tontos

Taco Tontos

13321 Madison Avenue, Lakewood, OH 44107

Within walking distance of Rachel's old apartment, this used to be a frequent post-work or pre-Mahall's show dinner spot. Home of the baked burrito and many delicious margaritas (and some of our favorite servers in Lakewood)!

Ninja City Kitchen & Bar

Ninja City Kitchen & Bar

6706 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44102

Asian fusion restaurant in Gordon Square. A good spot to get a heaping bowl of ramen on a cold day.

Heart of Gold

Heart of Gold

4133 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44113

Another tasty spot in our neighborhood. Excellent cocktails!

Cloak & Dagger

Cloak & Dagger

2399 West 11th Street, Cleveland, OH 44113

Our favorite cocktail bar in Joe's old neighborhood and steps away from the reception venue. The rotating menu is sure to inspire your inner mixologist. Reservations are strongly recommended. Like seriously, call now.

Flight Cleveland

Flight Cleveland

5712 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44102

A cozy wine bar we recently discovered. Joe is a fan of the Biancolella wines, Rachel is all about the Rose flight.

Noble Beast Brewing Co.

Noble Beast Brewing Co.

1470 Lakeside Avenue East, Cleveland, OH 44114

Cleveland is at heart a beer town, and for Joe that heart is right here at Noble Beast. Excellent food and brews.

Bookhouse Brewing

Bookhouse Brewing

1526 West 25th Street, Cleveland, OH 44113

A fun and chill brewhaus on the northern end of Ohio City. The bookish vibe makes it cozy.

---------- What to do! ----------

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

1100 East 9th Street, Cleveland, OH 44114

Between its status as our #1 tourist spot and its iconic glass pyramid design, the Rock Hall is definitely Cleveland's answer to the Louvre. Joe would love you to spend time with Chuck Berry's red Gibson guitar (would that make the Gibson our Mona Lisa?)!

The Cleveland Museum of Art

The Cleveland Museum of Art

11150 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106

You could easily miss the wedding if you go here. It's almost impossible to absorb all of the important art pieces housed here in one day, but you would have a great time trying!

Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse

Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse

1 Center Court, Cleveland, OH 44115

Great news for basketball fans: the Cavaliers are in town Friday and Sunday night! Catch them versus the Knicks on Friday or the Grizzlies on Sunday. Go Cavs!

West Side Market

West Side Market

1979 West 25th Street, Cleveland, OH 44113

Cleveland's Public Market from the early 1900s. They don't make 'em like this any more. We go here most Sundays for bread and meats, and people watching. A must visit for you foodies.

Cuyahoga Valley National Park

Cuyahoga Valley National Park

It's easy to forget that there's an entire National Park within a 30 minute drive of Cleveland. With winter it will be mostly empty, but incredible scenic vistas, waterfalls, small villages, and even some skiing await. Check out: Brandywine Falls, Boston Mills/Brandywine Ski Areas, Blue Hen Falls, and the Ledges trail. Grab lunch at Fishers in Peninsula, OH.
