When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than April 24th, 2025.

What is the timeline for the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00pm. Following the ceremony, there will be an extended cocktail hour for guests to eat, drink and celebrate. There will be no formal dinner or dancing. Our wedding celebration will end at 5:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire - our color scheme is pastel (think Easter colors). Pastel colors are not required, but recommended if you’re not sure what to wear!

Can I bring a date?

Due to space constraints, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.

Can I bring my kids?

We love your kiddos, but this event is for adults only.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

We hope to have our ceremony outside (weather permitting) and cocktail hour will be located indoors. Please dress appropriately for a planned outdoor ceremony.

Is there parking on-site?

Answer

Birch Wood Vineyards has an on-site lower level and upper level parking lot, free of charge, for guests convenience.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for! We are fortunate to have nearly everything we need for this new journey together. However, for friends and family who have shown interest, we have created a small registry with some items we don’t have yet. The link can be found on the registry tab.
