~I was just informed the hotel moved the check in time to 4:00pm, please call on the 6th to make sure you can check in at 3pm.
If you didn’t book in the room block please make sure to tell the front desk that you are a part of the turner room block.
A shuttle will be available to and from both hotels! If you are staying at a different location than the hotels, you are still welcome to take the shuttle.
If you would like early check in, you are able to call a few hours before your check in time to see if the room is available.
