Is Mexico City really high up? Should I worry about altitude?

So if you're sensitive to high altitude, like Jonathan, and feel a little lightheaded, it's a good idea to bring something for altitude or motion sickness (like Dramamine or acetazolamide) and drink plenty of water (consult with your doctor first!!). Most people adjust quickly!
