Something that started off as sweet and innocent, getting to know each other between hectic life schedules (Rachel in nursing school and Johan on his work visa) has bloomed into something beautiful that not many people will get to experience in their lifetime. We truly have made it through superior memories (such as navigating life together, raising a dog, and receiving Johans green card, birthdays, travels, and a lot of our first holidays together) and hardships as well but we are always each other's rock, and teammate at the end of the day. Every year we cross off a new state to visit, and June 2025 was South Dakota where we visited landmarks, went shopping, went and saw bears. Ohh, and got engaged on June 7th at Bridal Veil Falls! On August 2nd, 2025 we got married to start Johan's green card process and now as of April this year we have received the green card and would love to celebrate again but the right way! We would just like to take a second to reflect on everyone who has touched us and been a part of our journey. We would love for everyone to make it, but we realize that is not an option for all! We just want to say thank you for all of your support, and for those who do make it thank you for taking time out of your schedules to celebrate us!
