What COVID safety measures are in place?

We can’t wait to have all of our favorite people together in one place & because each of you are precious to us we respectfully ask that attendees are fully vaccinated. For loved ones that are flying in, we kindly request that you wear a mask while traveling and consider bringing rapid COVID tests with you. While it’s not a requirement for our wedding, we completely understand and respect any guests who may wish to wear a mask on the day. We will be providing masks at the venue for your convenience (or, feel free to bring your own if preferred!) As an additional safety measure, we have opted to plan an outdoor wedding. Our ceremony will be hosted in the garden, with a marquee reception to follow on the lawn. Rest assured our venue is a sprawling property with plenty of space to move around At this time, we are expecting 100+ guests. It is a completely outdoor event and dinner will be buffet style and using farm-style long tables. We want to respect everyone’s health and safety so please reach out with any concerns or if you would prefer to eat dinner a little further from other folks!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal/Dressy Casual Will have some grass and uneven ground so plan shoes accordingly! Potential chill later in the evening so consider bringing layers.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have shuttles between downtown Ashland and closest hotels, if you are interested please let us know in RVSP response!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, but it is in a field or on an unpaved road.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! There are fun farm animals around the property and we will try to get childcare and various activities to help keep little ones entertained as well. Please let us know if your kiddo has any special requests!
