We met at a St. Patty's Day party through a hiking group. Rachel was captured by Joe's sense of humor and they shared laughs over Joe's "micro-penis" (since he drives a big, lifted truck lol). We quickly connected. Later that week, we saw each other again at a friend's birthday party at Pink Martini and exchanged phone numbers. In spending time together we realized how much we both love the outdoors and many of the same activities. A few months after we met, we went camping in Fort Bragg and, in the morning, we walked to the beach and said "I love you" for the first time. Years later, during a run on the beach in Cambria, Joe proposed. And now, on the beach in front of our family and friends, we'll say "I do" to spending the rest of our lives together.
