When should I RSVP by?

Please make sure you RSVP by the 15th May 2026. If you have not responded by this date we will have to assume you are unable to attend.

Where should I stay?

Answer

The reception and dinner will take place in Mount Juliet Hotel so you can book a room in the main hotel or in the manor house. If you would like to stay in Mount Juliet, use the promo code W14 to get a 10% discount off their Flexible Rate with Breakfast. There are also a few houses to rent on AirBnB within the estate. Of course you can also look for Hotel/B&Bs in the neighboring area.

I want to stay in Mount Juliet. When should I book my accommodation?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please be seated by 1:15pm. The ceremony takes place in St Columcille's Church.

When and where is the drinks reception

Answer

The drinks reception will take place in the Manor House at 3:30pm. This is 5 minute walk from the main hotel.

What time is dinner?

Answer

Dinner is scheduled in the Hunters Lodge at 6pm. However there will be a few canapes at the drinks reception before this.

What do I do if I have a specific dietary requirement

Is it okay to take pictures on our own phone/camera

Answer

Please keep photos during the ceremony to a minimum but afterward take as many photos as you like. Please note we will have professional photographers on the day so we ask you to be mindful of them. We will be share a QR code on the day which will allow you to share your amazing pics with us.

Will there be a day two?

Answer

We just want everyone to fully enjoy the day itself. There will not be a rehearsal dinner or day two event.
