Question

What's the attire?

Answer

Anything goes! From sundresses and jeans, to suits and cocktail dresses. We want you to be comfortable for the night. We recommend bringing a jacket for when the sun goes down.

Question

What's on the menu?

Answer

We are so excited to enjoy some delicious food together! El Borrego has been an icon of City Heights food and culture for two decades. They are known for home-style Mexican food, featuring their signature: traditional, rustic lamb barbacoa. Mother-Daughter duo Rosario and Rodnia serve their family recipes and are incredibly warm event hosts. Here's a sneak peek at the appetizer and taco bar: Squash blossom quesadillas Potato rolled tacos Lamb rolled tacos Chicken Mole Cochinita Pibil Lamb Mixiote Nopales, rice, beans, and more!

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Although we would love to have everyone join our special day, to keep the costs low we have gone with a modest sized venue and space is pretty limited. Please reach out to Rachel if you need to bring an extra special guest and we will do our best. You should already be able to RSVP significant others and children under your name on the RSVP page.

Question

What's the weather going to be like?

Answer

February in San Diego is beautiful, sunny, and crisp. We expect great weather and some daytime sunshine. With that said, there are always chances of surprise rain showers in February. If that happens, we will figure it out together and get some coverage for the group.
