We're finally getting married!

We grew up in the same town and our best friends were dating. The weekend before Jessie left for bootcamp, we both ended up going up to Keene State to visit our mutual friend. We hit it off but with Jessie joining the Air Force, we went our separate ways. Almost a year later, Jessie came home for 2 weeks for leave and we were inseparable. When he had to leave to go back to NC where he was stationed, we thought it would never work. Love was stronger than the distance and we made it through the next 4 years of long distance visiting each other on holidays and long weekends. Every minute apart was worth being able to be together now.

We love to travel, especially somewhere tropical in the winter to escape the cold. We booked an all-inclusive stay at Sandals in Jamaica only a few weeks before we were going on our trip. With the help of Sarah, Rachel's sister, they planned the proposal. Jessie proposed on the beach at sunset with candles in the sand. It was perfect.
