What are the passport requirements?
Answer
Please note that up to date passports are necessary for all travelers and all existing passports must be good for 6 months after returning from international travel per current U.S. regulations. The earlier you get your passport the cheaper it is. We encourage you to secure your passport ASAP. For more information on obtaining a passport visit the The U.S. Department of State page.

San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) is the airport to fly into. All flights should arrive and depart from Los Cabos International Airport.

How do I get from the airport to the resort and vice versa?

Where should we stay?
Answer
We kindly ask that all our guests stay at our host resort Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos. We want our wedding celebration to be a vacation experience for everyone and we'd love to spend some time with you outside the Wedding Day, be that at the pool, by sharing a few meals and drinks together or maybe even experiencing an excursion as a group.

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
Please dress formal casual for the wedding. Think beachy, but elegant. The ceremony will take place on the beach in the sand and the reception will take place on the terrace rooftop, so shoes are optional on the sand. Anything you would wear to a nice restaurant on a summer day is appropriate and perhaps bring a light sweater for the evening reception at the mountain top terrace, where it can get breezy.

Do we have to stay at Sandos Finisterra? Can we stay elsewhere and still attend the wedding?
Answer
All guests must stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not staying at Sandos Finisterra, you will be required to pay a $100/per person visitor's fee to attend our wedding ceremony and reception for the day.

What is the weather like in Los Cabos, Mexico?
Answer
Cabo San Lucas, Mexico is typically dry and hot during the summer months -- temperatures are usually in the high 80s to 90s.

What are essentials to bring to vacation in Cabo San Lucas?
Answer
We recommend bringing light summer clothing and swimsuits. Other helpful essentials include: sunblock, mosquito repellent, water shoes, swim coverups, flip-flops, a light cap or hat, sunglasses, a power adapter, tumbler cup (this is a must have!!), reusable straws, speaker, floaties (we got ours off Amazon) etc. Think beach vacation with beach elegant attire for the Wedding Day and beach chic attire for dinners on the other nights during your stay.

Is there a dress code at restaurants?
Answer
Yes! Most restaurants require men to be in dress shorts or pants, collared shirts, with closed toed shoes. They are sometimes lenient, though. Woman can basically wear anything, just not a swimsuit!
