We ask that when everyone is walking down the aisle to the alter that no one have their phones out, enjoy the show! Our photographer made a great point, we don't want all her pics to have everyone's faces blocked by phones! Once everyone is at the alter, including the bride, you can take a few pics, but please respect others around you! Some people have come across the country to be here and they don't want to be distracted by someone trying to get "the perfect shot". I mean that's what we're paying the photographer to do! Don't worry, we'll be sharing all the photos online.
The dress code is business casual, just no jeans and t-shirts please. Khaki's and polo shirts, sundress to cocktail dress, if it looks nice and you're comfy it works! Also bring layers, it will get a bit chilly!
Yes there is, however it is down the hill from the event, we will have some reserved parking at the venue for the wedding party and anyone with mobility issues. We are going to have a shuttle going back and forth to get people to the wedding on time!
Everything that has a time schedule is going to have an -ish at the end! We want the ceremony to start at 4-ish so we ask that you be there at 3:30-ish to get a parking spot and to find your way up to the venue.
There is no assigned seating at the ceremony or the reception. The dinner tables will have numbers on them, they are for dinner service, the DJ will call the table number and those people will be next to go up to the buffet to grab their food.
We haven't finalized the exact entree's yet but it will be Asian fusion. We are having our good friends from Mixed Plate Food Truck, Nat and Tony, prepare the food buffet style. Nat is from Thailand and is an amazing chef, I've told her to be creative, everything she cooks is outstanding. I promise I'll post the menu here once it's finalized. Menu is finalized! We'll have Beef Bulgogi, Island Chicken and Red Chicken Curry with white rice, kimchi rice and salad.
We decided to have an open bar!!! We love y'all, have a great time and please remember to bring dollars for the tip jar! Melissa is serving all of us instead of your regular bartender job! Yay Melissa!
