We recommend planning a 2–3 week trip to South Korea to make the most of your visit. We’re hoping to show our guests around Seoul about a week before the wedding. Since our venue, Hanok Hotel Odongjae, is also a hotel, we plan to have our guests stay the night before and the night of the wedding.
The most convenient way to travel from Seoul to Yeosu is by high-speed KTX train: Departure station: Seoul (typically Yongsan Station). Arrival station: Yeosu Expo Station (Yeosu-eksupo-yeok, 여수엑스포역). Duration: Around 3 hours on the KTX high-speed train. (Some trains can take slightly longer depending on schedule and stops.) Cost: Roughly ₩38,000–₩65,000 one way (varies by class and booking timing). Tips: -Book Korail KTX tickets in advance (especially on weekends/holidays) to secure seats.
