Rachel and Jeffrey love a good adventure — especially when it involves traveling, a little Disney magic, or bringing their favorite companion, Winnie, along for the ride. No matter where they’re headed, they believe the best memories are made simply by being together. After recently putting down roots in Massillon, Ohio, they’ve been enjoying the excitement of building a home and a life side by side — finding just as much joy in quiet nights at home as they do in planning their next getaway. Their days are filled with laughter, love, and a shared sense of adventure that makes even the ordinary moments feel special. They are so grateful for the love and support of their family and friends and cannot wait to celebrate this next chapter — and the beginning of forever — surrounded by the people who mean the most to them.

We met during the COVID year through a mutual friend. Jeffrey asked Rachel to meet up not once, not twice, but three times before she finally agreed to give him a chance. Their first date was simple and unforgettable: meeting in Canal Fulton, shooting hoops, and riding bikes along the Towpath. What started as a laid-back afternoon quickly turned into hours of easy conversation, laughter, and the realization that this felt different. Sometimes all it takes is a little persistence, a bike ride, and one very good first date to know something special is beginning.

Jeffrey proposed at one of the beautiful Walt Disney World Resort hotel properties, making one of Rachel’s favorite places even more magical. In true Rachel fashion, she sensed exactly what was happening and—before Jeffrey could even get the words out—she blurted out “Yes!” and reached for the ring herself. Rachel has never been a fan of surprises, so Jeffrey barely had a chance to ask the question before she enthusiastically answered. It was perfectly us: full of excitement, laughter, and a little bit of Disney magic.
