When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Formal invitations will be sent at least three months before the wedding. Because our wedding falls on a holiday weekend, we would greatly appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible to let us know whether you will be able to attend. However, if you already know that you will be unable to attend, we would greatly appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible. An informal heads-up is perfectly fine and helps us tremendously with planning.

Can I bring a date?

We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. As much as we would love to include everyone, we can only accommodate guests specifically named on the invitation.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We strongly encourage all guests to book their stay at the on-site hotel via our exclusive wedding booking link in the travel section of our wedding website. Staying at the hotel will make everything easy and convenient, as the reception will also be held on the same property, meaning you can walk to and from the celebration with ease. This will be a fun-filled holiday weekend, and staying on-site allows everyone to enjoy the full experience together in one place.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to join us in celebrating with a formal summer wedding dress code. We encourage everyone to dress elegantly for the occasion, keeping the overall look appropriate for a formal celebration. Since it is a July summer wedding, we welcome lighter summer fabrics such as linen blends, chiffon, silk, and breathable suiting to help ensure comfort throughout the day and evening. Guests are also welcome to incorporate color into their attire; soft pastels, rich tones, and vibrant summer shades are all welcome and appreciated, as they complement the celebration's joyful atmosphere. Traditional wedding attire is also welcome, and we embrace the beauty of cultural and formal dress styles. Our goal is for everyone to feel comfortable, confident, and appropriately dressed as we create a timeless celebration together.

Yes. There is parking for wedding guests and hotel guests.

Answer

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know on your RSVP so we can make the necessary accommodations. The Fox Hollow can accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan dietary needs.
