What airport should I fly into?

Answer

There are three airports you could fly into - Traverse City, Pellston or Grand Rapids. We recommend flying into Traverse City and renting a car. Coordinating with others from your city is a great idea!

What does Lakeside Formal mean?

Answer

This dress code is a fusion between black-tie and formal fashion. For men, you can wear a tuxedo if you'd like, but a suit with dress pants is great too. For Ladies, a floor length gown or midi dress are good options. Fun floral patterns are okay! Our ceremony and cocktail hour are outside on the lawn; whereas, our dinner and dancing are inside/under a tent!

What is Yacht Club Chic?

Answer

Think slightly less formal than Black Tie. For men, a nice suit jacket is great -- if you'd like to wear your best yacht club outfit go for it! For ladies, a floor length dress is acceptable. If you'd like to wear a midi dress, jumpsuit or cocktail dress be our guest! Bright colors, florals, seersucker, sweater vests -- are all great! We will spend the evening outside on the Quarter Deck.

There are no Ubers or Lyfts in the area. Please take this into account when making plans!
