Complimentary shuttle back to the Hyatt Westlake

The shuttle will be on standby throughout the reception with ongoing shuttling back to the Hyatt as needed. The last run back to the Hyatt will be at 12:15 am.
Complimentary Shuttle from the Hyatt Westlake to the Wedding Ceremony at Los Robles Golf Course
4:00 pm - 4:45 pm

If staying at the Hyatt Regency, you will have the option of taking a scheduled shuttle to and from the wedding venue. The shuttle will arrive at 4pm and again at 4:30pm to take you to the Los Robles Golf Course for the ceremony. The shuttle will be on standby throughout the reception in case you need to go back to the hotel for anything.

There is free parking if you choose to drive to the venue. You may want to re-think stilettos as you will be walking down a path to the 10th green and walking on grass. Cocktail hour on the patio immediately following the ceremony.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Immediately after the ceremony, enjoy an open bar cocktail hour on the open terrace. You may want to bring a jacket or cover-up as it may be a little chilly.

The open bar continues along with a champagne toast and dinner with wine service. The reception is indoors with access to the patio during the reception. Please remember to wear your dancing shoes to enjoy our live band entertainment! The Hyatt Regency shuttle will be available during the reception in case you need anything at the hotel.
