An entire city block of new and used books. If you like books, you'll be there awhile.
Portland is well-known for its food card pods - this is a great one to check out!
Home of the famous "whale rocks" of the Pacific Coast.
Pictured at the top of the very top of this page! This photo was taken by Rachel (on an older phone, so don't mind the quality) on one of our many visits to the gorge. The scene is even more spectacular in person.
Another highly recommended food cart pod. FYI - Cartopia and Hawthorne Asylum are pretty close to each other, so you could easily visit both on the same day.
Hoyt Arboretum is so beautiful, we almost had our wedding ceremony there (back when we were planning a whole big thing for our ceremony). FYI: Hoyt Arboretum, The International Rose Test Garden, the Portland Japanese Garden, and Pittock Mansion are all in the same area of the southwest hills, so you could easily visit several of these spots in one day.
This is a food cart pod at the north end of Mississippi Ave, which is also a great place to walk around, find food and drinks, shop, sip tea, people watch, or get nostalgic about your first date (based on a true story).
It's Portland's minor league baseball team, the Portland Pickles!
Jk, folks! The Naked Bike Ride isn't until July this year.
