All room rates are per room, per night and are subject to applicable RI taxes (13%). Children under 12 years old are not counted towards this occupancy threshold. There is a $20.00 plus tax, facility fee per room per day that includes our shuttle to downtown Newport, on-site parking, pool and fitness center access, and Wi-Fi. Your cutoff date is 4 weeks prior to arrival. Any remaining rooms that are not reserved will be released back into our inventory to be resold.
