When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by 15 June 2025 (Sunday) so that we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at 5:30 PM when the doors open, as the ceremony starts promptly at 6:00 PM. The ceremony room is located upstairs, and you may need a few extra minutes to find your seat. Please note that latecomers will not be admitted.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Our colour palette includes fall-inspired earthy tones (maroon brown, sage green), if you’d like to have fun and coordinate with the theme (totally optional)!

Can I bring another guest with me?

Answer

Your invitation will specify if you can bring a guest. Due to space constraints, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on the invite—thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’re keeping our celebration an adults-only event. We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Pay parking is available at Lonsdale Quay Market, the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier, and the ICBC parkade, located adjacent to Lonsdale Quay Market with entries off Rogers Avenue and Carrie Cates. We recommend arriving early to secure a spot.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence is the best gift we could ask for! If you feel inclined, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be deeply appreciated. Thank you for thinking of us.

Answer

Yes, you're welcome to take photos—just please avoid using flash so we don’t disrupt the moment.
