Is there a dress code?
Answer
Please dress “Beach Chic” for the wedding/reception. There will be a brief ceremony on the beach followed by cocktail hour and reception in the Sky Penthouse. Men- pants, lightweight button down. Jacket optional. No flip flops or shorts please. Men-feeling confused?? Yes! We have set up a registry directly through our Zola website.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
Answer
The hotel is just under 5 miles from the airport; about a 20 minute car ride. The cheapest option seems to be Uber. Utilize the free 30 minute wifi once you exit customs and call an Uber on the app. Then you must walk out the doors ignoring the shouting workers trying to offer a ride. Walk across the pedestrian bridge where Ubers are allowed to pick up. What type of liquor is included within the rooms?
Answer
Rooms at the Main tower have a minibar stocked with beer and soft drinks. Minibars in rooms at the Club tower are stocked with mini bottles of rum, tequila, vodka, and Jack Daniels, in addition to beer.

Where will the wedding and reception take place?
Answer
The wedding will be on the sand with an area to place your shoes if you choose to remove them during the brief ceremony. The cocktail hour and reception will be held in the Sky Penthouse of the Club Tower high above the sand.

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite children, we can only accommodate those in the wedding. We hope you understand and will join us to celebrate our special day.

Do I have to stay at the hotel?
Answer
It is strongly encouraged to stay at the Hyatt Ziva. The intention is for all guests to stay together. Also, the hotel charges any outside guest a $150 mandatory day pass, each day, to enter the premises.
