The entire wedding will be Galaxy Themed! Our colors will consist of Teal, Purple, Silver, and Black!
Semi Formal or as formal as you'd like. All we ask is that all guests dress in what makes them look and feel like their most fantastic self! This is going to be the biggest Gala in the Galaxy after all so dress to shine like a Star! Wedding colors are Teal, Purple, Silver, and Black! Guests are welcome and encouraged to dress to match if they so choose, but it is NOT required!
The average weather and temp in mid-September is between 60°F and 80°F and mostly Sunny. Sunset will take place @ 7:14pm. Weather conditions for the big day will be updated the week of the event! The reception tent will be covered and heated but jackets may be necessary, updates to follow!
We kindly request that all guests RSVP no later than September 7th 2021 in order to provide the venue with a final head count! RSVP is available here on our Website! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

All guests are kindly requested to arrive at the venue no later than 45 minutes prior to the start of the Ceremony in order to mingle, find seats, get comfortable and still start the event on schedule!

Conditionally! Due to limited venue space availability we have a strict guest list to adhere to. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only so we will only able to accommodate Plus 1s on a direct request and availability basis. Please notify the Bride or Groom prior to September 7th, 2021 in order to add your plus one to the final head count.
Absolutely! We adore your children and are excited to have their wonderful smiles included in the festivities! However, we understand if you might like a night off! We welcome all wedding guests, including parents, to have a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, so if anyone needs help with making arrangements for child care, please let us know and we will do our best to assist. Please keep in mind that this is an open bar event so please drink responsibly and help us keep the children safe!
Both! The Ceremony will take place outdoors in the courtyard and the Reception will be held inside a large, covered, heated tent!
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around 20-30 minutes. Guests can head straight to the bar knoll to mingle for cocktail hour where we will be serving finger foods and beverages!
Yes! We will be offering a full comprehensive brunch buffet and open bar for the reception!
Limited vegetarian food options will be available at the reception. If you have a special food diet or allergy please let the Bride and Groom know ASAP and we will attempt to accommodate your needs as best we can!
The bride and groom kindly request an unplugged ceremony. We’ve hired a photographer to capture how the moment looks with their camera, so you can capture how it feels with your hearts. However, personal photographs during the reception are welcome! We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #HappilyEverFentons so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry here on our website!
