Additional Activities on Sea Island

If you're staying at The Cloister, The Lodge or requested guest access to Sea Island, there are several activities available including a workout at the fitness center, tennis, pickleball, bowling, bike rentals, clay shooting, horseback riding and more. You can also relax on the beach or at one of the several pools located at The Beach Club and The Cloister. Please visit the website linked below for a full list of activities.

Explore Georgia's Golden Isles

East Beach and downtown Saint Simons Island: Enjoy public beach access to one of Georgia's most beautiful stretches of coastline or a stroll through Saint Simons Island's Pier Village home to shops and the Saint Simons Island Lighthouse. Jekyll Island: Nearby Jekyll Island is full of breathtaking scenery and historical landmarks. Driftwood Beach is known for its weathered, sun-bleached driftwood and fallen trees scattered across the sand which create a natural sculpture garden along the shoreline. Within Jekyll Island's Historic District includes several cottages originally built for the Rockefellers, Vanderbilts, Morgans and many other notable families and serve as a beautiful backdrop for a long walk, run or bike ride.
