Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are two parking lots and there will be parking attendants guiding guests. Guests can leave their cars at the venue overnight, but they must be picked up the next morning by 11am. The venue is not responsible for damage to vehicles left overnight. Make sure they are locked, and you have your keys!

When should I RSVP by?

April 30th. Invitations with RSVP will be sent out in March 2024.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your children, we respectfully ask that this wedding is an adult only event. The only exceptions are the flower girl and honorary groomsman.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend The Graduate in Storrs, CT. It is about a twenty minute drive from the hotel to the venue. We are also booking transportation between this hotel and the venue. Some other options include the Marriott in Norwich, Hampton Inn in Norwich, and Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket. There are also Airbnb's available in the area.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

While we are not reserving a block of rooms, we will be booking a shuttle to/from the Graduate hotel in Storrs to/from the venue. The pick up time from the hotel is 3pm for a 3:40pm arrival time to StoneHurst. There are two shuttle times from the reception at StoneHurst to the hotel. The first leaves at 8:45pm for a 9:15pm drop off time. The second leaves at 9:45pm for a drop off time of 10:10pm.

The caterer provides vegan and vegetarian options upon request.
