If the children are involved in the wedding or if they have been invited, yes. You can always ask Tanner and Rachel prior to the wedding date.
Rachel and Tanner plan on bringing someone in to watch the kids while the adults have a good time. The person we expect to hire will be able to assist 3.5-12 year olds.
If our wedding day happens to be on the colder side we have some throw blankets for guests to use at their leisure. If there is inclement weather the ceremony will happen in the carousel building instead of on the beach.
Smoking inside the building is NOT allowed however guests are welcome to go outside for a smoke away from the building. Please remember to “leave no trace” after you’re done.
We will be having a mini food truck fest. The food options will be a charcuterie table for appetizer. Big green pizza truck Spuds your way Aye Arepa Ben and Jerry’s The big green pizza truck will also be providing salad. We will have a dessert table with various sweet and treats.
Yes. We will have an open bar to get drinks at for guests. The bar will be stocked with various different alcohols for your drinking pleasure.
There will be seats at the ceremony however please keep in mind some guests will be standing until we transition into the carousel building.
Yes definitely bring some cash for tipping the bar tender and we will be having a raffle to bid on.
Yes we will all be able to take a ride on the carousel if we want.
There will be a police officer on the property since this is a public park.
At the reception yes of course. During the ceremony we are going to request guests keep their phones and camera away. If you do happen to take photos send them to us too.
If you are running late, it happens however our arrival time is 3:00. The reception (party time) will be starting at 430 and we will catch up with the guests there.
The attire is cocktail. Please no jeans, sweats or tshirts. If you think you will be cold please feel free to wear a coat or jacket when we are outside for the ceremony.
