When should I RSVP by?

Answer

After receiving your formal invitation, please RSVP anytime before May 1st by clicking on the RSVP tab on our website. We hope to celebrate with you!

Our Registry and Honeymoon Fund

Answer

We are excited to celebrate with all of you! If you would like to give us a gift, in lieu of most traditional wedding gifts, we would love contributions toward our honeymoon fund. This fund will help make our honeymoon extra special by contributing to things such as our stay, dining, and activities. If you'd prefer to give a physical gift, we've also included a selection of items that we would love to receive. We are thankful for your support in our journey together!

Venue Location and Parking

Answer

The wedding and reception is located on "The Green", which is a communal lawn on Van Ness Way, Durham, CA. Parking is available behind the Durham House which is just west of Van Ness Way; signage will be posted. Please, no parking on Van Ness Way.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire event will take place outdoors. Be sure to check the weather ahead of time and bring a light jacket if needed. The weather fluctuates a lot in May!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be outdoors (primarily on grass), please wear something suitable for the heat! We are requesting a dressy casual attire.

When should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive at least fifteen minutes before the start of the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park, find a seat, and mingle before the ceremony begins.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome at our wedding! That said, we kindly ask that kiddos remain on their best behavior, especially during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. If you’d prefer to make it a date night, we completely understand, and support that too!

Will there be an open bar?

We will have an assortment of beer, wine, and signature cocktails for our guests to enjoy tastefully.

We will have gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan options for dinner and dessert!

Transportation

Answer

Durham is a small town, please set up your transportation ahead of time if you are planning on drinking (designated driver, scheduled Uber, taxi, etc). Please be safe!
