What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00pm but please try to arrive early. The last hotel shuttle bus leaves at 3:45pm.

Will transportation be provided? Is there easy parking at the venue?

Answer

We are providing transportation from the hotel, to the wedding and back. Please let us know when you RSVP if you plan to use the shuttle as there is limited space. The shuttle times are: 3:10pm, 3:30pm, and 3:40pm. Ceremony starts at 4:00pm. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Lyft is a great option for those who don’t. Please stay safe and default to a ride service or carpooling if you plan to drink.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures for around an hour. Guests can walk over to the reception space where cocktails and apps will be flowing. Dinner will be served around 6:15pm, with dancing and band to follow.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both indoors. Should the weather permit, the reception will utilize the exterior patio and open garage doors. Firepits will be on if the temperatures drop.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We sure hope you’ll be able to join us on our special day! With your invitation, there is an RSVP card that you can fill out and mail back or you can RSVP right here on our website and receive digital confirmation. Please RSVP no later than May 1st.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Respectfully, this is an adult only party. If you have a young adult in your party, there name will appear on your RSVP.
