4:00: Pickup at Springhill Suites (next to Hilton Garden Inn) to arrive at venue by 4:30
5:00: Ceremony in Garden Terrace
5:30-6:30: Cocktail Hour
6:30-11:00: Reception & Dancing
10:15: First bus back to hotels
11:00ish: Last bus to head back to hotels

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Guests will have access to the grassy areas around the property, but the night's events will not take place on grass. There is a golf cart available for those that need assistance.
