Transportation to/from the airport to the Hilton

We are so grateful that you are making the journey to Los Cabos for our special day. For your convenience, the father and mother of the bride will be providing transportation to and from the airport to the Hilton Los Cabos. Click on the link below to provide your flight information, number of guests, and number of bags. The transportation will then be coordinated for you. We just ask that you provide a gratuity for the driver. We will be grouping people together whose flights arrive within 30 mins of each other. If you decide you would not like to wait and prefer to book your own travel, you will be responsible for payment and please be sure to click "Private" when prompted. Please go to book: https://bit.ly/3Lvc88T + Once you are on the website, the username and password will automatically populate. Just click "Sign In" + Click the red button that says "Guest List" + On the next page click "Add your information" + Insert all of the necessary information (be sure to talk to anyone you're traveling with and coordinate who is filling this out) + It's important that you are specific about the number of passengers arriving and departing + If you want to share a ride, be sure to mark "Shared-Shuttle" (private transportation needs to be paid for individually) + Under Payment Method choose "One Way and Round Trip / Cash upon your arrival transfer" (Don't worry, this will be paid for -- you will not need to pay) + Click "Submit" If you need help during the reservation process or you need to make an adjustment, please feel free to contact Impala on the chat section (located on the bottom right side of the page) or by emailing transportation_services@impalacabo.com.
