As some of you may have noticed, we have made the decision to move our wedding to May instead of November. We did not make this decision lightly and are aware that this greatly speeds up our timeline. After searching high and low, through thick and thin, through a variety of dating apps, the algorithms aligned in our favor. We started as an almost long distance relationship within LA standards as Encino to Long Beach can be quite the trek for anyone familiar with LA highways. Luckily we were able to find a place to meet in the middle after a few brief messages on the dating app Hinge. A plate of tacos and and charming conversation evolved into something more. Here we are almost 3 years later and the charm hasn't worn off. We look forward to seeing you all as we take the next step in our relationship.

The picture at the top of website and on the save the date are woodcuts created by Rachel's Bubbe (Yiddish for grandmother), Bernice Kussoy. Rachel's Bubbe was an avid artist, and while she is no longer with us, we wanted to honor her presence through showing some of her woodcuts. The picture at the top of this website is a woodcut which represents the part of the wedding where the bride and groom are lifted on chairs in celebration of their union.
