When should I RSVP?

What’s the best airport to fly into?

Answer

Both the Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and West Palm Beach (PBI) airport are great options! Each are only about 35 minutes from Boca Raton where the venue and hotels are.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love all the kids in our lives, we chose to have an adult-only wedding.

When did you meet?

Through Elliot’s coworker, Michael Nowlin, who also went to the same high school as Rachel! We met the end of 2019, then in 2022 got set up on a blind happy hour date and the rest was history!

How did Elliot propose?

Answer

Elliot proposed during an early morning hike on 4-24-24 at Baby Bell Rock in Sedona, Arizona. When reaching the top, we soaked in what’s called the “Blue Hour” and watched the sky as it slowly changed during sunrise. Elliot guides me to the edge of a point on the cliff, takes a knee and pulls out a box, opens it, and asks me to marry him! All I remember after that is hearing, “so…yes?” YES!! I jumped into his arms & he then points to a photographer he hired to capture our moment. Such an incredibly memorable morning! Afterwards, we literally did not know what to do. We FaceTimed our families and friends & then sat in the car in front of a breakfast spot but just could not find it in ourselves to go in and eat! We drove back to the hotel in Sedona, sat outside on the chairs overlooking where Elliot got down on one knee. Replaying everything & soaking it all in. From there, we drove to Scottsdale where the next few days of our trip were just as perfect as the morning he proposed. We had countless conversations about what we’re most excited about our future together. A trip that we both will never forget!
