The Wedding Website of Rachel Rhodes and Ed Diaz
We’re so excited to welcome you to Italy for our wedding weekend. Below you’ll find helpful information on how to get to Todi and the surrounding area, including airport and transportation options. Whether you’re arriving by plane, train, or car, we hope this helps make your journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible

Hotel

Hotel Bramante Todi

48 Circonvallazione Orvietana
Todi, Umbria 06059, Italy

All wedding events will take place on the hotel property, so we recommend staying on-site for convenience and to fully enjoy the weekend. The entire property has been reserved exclusively for our wedding celebrations. Room booking details will be shared with formal invitations in fall of 2026. If rooms at the main hotel become fully booked, we will provide recommendations for nearby accommodations.

Flight

Rome Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (FCO)

Rome’s main international airport offers the most flight options and direct routes from major cities worldwide. While it is farther from the venue, it is often the most convenient choice for international travelers. From FCO, you can rent a car, take a train or travel by bus to reach Hotel Bramante in Todi.

Flight

San Francesco d'Assisi Airport (PEG)

This smaller regional airport is the closest to the wedding venue, however flight options may be more limited and often connect through larger European cities. From PEG, the venue is a 40-minute drive by rental car or taxi (we recommend pre-booking a taxi if you are not renting a car).

Travel Note

Rental Car Options

We strongly recommend renting a car; it's the easiest way to reach Todi and explore the surrounding Umbrian countryside. Cars can be rented directly at both airports or from nearby train stations. Approximate drive times to Todi are: 2.5 hours from Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO), 45 minutes from Perugia Airport (PEG), and 45 minutes from either Orvieto or Terni train stations.

Train

Trenitalia

Train travel from Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) is a scenic alternative to driving, though there is no direct train to Todi. From the airport, take a train to Roma Termini or Tiburtina, then connect to a regional train to either Orvieto or Terni. From there, you can rent a car or take a taxi for the final 40-minute drive to Hotel Bramante. Total travel time is approximately 2.5 hours by train plus 40 minutes by car.

Travel Note

Coach Bus Options

Coach Bus travel to Todi is an available option if you arrive via FCO airport. The Sulga Bus has direct service to Todi from FCO. Expect an approximately 3-hour bus ride. From the bus station in Todi to Hotel Bramante, you'll need to arrange transportation (pre-book a taxi, etc.). Unfortunately, PEG airport has no direct bus line to Todi.
