When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 31, 2021, as we'll need to confirm our guest count to the venue and caterer.

Will there be a ceremony?

Answer

We won't be holding a public ceremony, but would love for you to join us for the reception!

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

The reception begins at 6pm, but please feel free to arrive earlier if you'd like to tour the botanic gardens! Our guests will be able to tour the gardens for free the day of our event.

What's for dinner?

Answer

Appetizers: Potato Soup Mini Veggie Pot Pies Dinner: Bacon Vinaigrette Salad Grilled Chicken with Choice of Sauce - Tomato, Piccata, or Marsala Braised Short Ribs with Red Wine sauce and Mushrooms Roasted Brussels Sprouts Cheese Spaetzel Dessert: Assortment of Fresh Baked Cookies Cake - Choice of Chocolate with Fresh Raspberry Filling, or Almond with Fresh Raspberry Filling

Do I need to bring cash for the bar?

Answer

We are happy to offer an open bar to our guests! Gratuity for the bartending staff is already included, but tips are appreciated (although not expected)

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes, our guests will have access to free parking at the venue. When you arrive, please mention that you're here for our wedding reception.

Can I leave my vehicle at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes - The venue will allow any of our guests to keep their vehicles parked safely in their lot overnight if needed

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no formal dress code, so please feel free to dress as you'd like! This is an indoor/outdoor space and we'll have various lawn games set up, so we'd recommend dressing comfortably (especially shoes). Please keep in mind that Colorado weather can be sporadic this time of year, so be sure to bring a coat or jacket, just in case. There will be heaters at the venue.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

While there are designated smoking areas at the venue, they do not allow any marijuana smoking or vaping on site

What's happening with the reception in regards to COVID-19?

Answer

In light of COVID-19, we wanted to let you know our wedding is moving forward as planned for now. If travel or group gatherings become restricted again as we near our event date, we will likely reschedule as we don't want to put any of our loved ones at risk. If you’re unable to attend, we completely understand. You can update your RSVP anytime on our site, and we wish you health and safety during this time.
