It’s time to celebrate!

We met in high school via mutual friends but did not really become interested in eachother romantically until many years later. Rachel remembers always being happy to see and speak with Doug at parties and out and about in town during and after college. One such night in 2010, we spent the entire evening dancing and talking at a band night at the Wayland American Legion. Things did not pan out at that time and we both went on to have relationships with other people. Fast forward to 2016 and the stars had aligned. We were both single and through a few mutual friends Doug found out Rachel was interested in him. He didn’t mind that idea so much and he invited her to a party at his house. Rachel was really nervous about going but a friend pushed her to go and followed up to make sure it happened. And it’s pretty much been Dougie and Rachel ever since!
