Denver International Airport or Eagle County Regional Airport

The Westin Riverfront Resort is about 125 mi (2 hr drive) from Denver International Airport and about 25 mi (30 min drive) from Eagle County Regional Airport. Direct flights to Eagle County Regional Airport are limited in October. If you fly into Denver, we recommend renting a car or taking the Epic Mountain Shuttle. If you fly into Eagle County, you can rent a car, take an Uber/Lyft, or the Epic Mountain Shuttle.

Epic Mountain Shuttle

You can take the Epic Mountain Shuttle from Denver International Airport or Eagle County Regional Airport to the Westin Riverfront Hotel (or any other location in the surrounding Vail Valley). If you choose to take the shuttle, it is best to make a reservation in advance. Please visit the website (“View” button) below for reservation information.

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, Avon, Vail Valley

This is where we will be having our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. A room block has been reserved - Please visit the website below (“View” button) to book your stay! NOTE: The reduced block rate is valid for 3 days pre and post-wedding; Oct 2 - Oct 7. Please text Rachel at 815-370-1928 if you have any issues with the room block! NOTE: As of 09/08/24 our wedding block is full at The Westin and we are unable to add any additional rooms. Limited rooms are available on the hotel website at regular rate. If you are unable to book at The Westin, there are 2 hotels in the immediate vicinity: Club Wyndham Hotel at Avon and Sheraton Lakeside Terrace Villas at Mountain Vista, Avon Vail Valley. Otherwise, most other hotels in located in Avon, Edwards, Vail, or Beaver Creek are only a 10-15 minute drive to The Westin.

Public Transportation

ECO Transit is the local bus transit system throughout the Vail Valley (Edwards, Avon, Vail, Eagle). Avon station is the closest bus stop to The Westin (3 min walk). Download the ECO Tickets app to view schedule/routes, track buses, buy fare ($3 per ride).
