Things To Do

Below are a few of our favorite places in Bellingham, so far!

Camber

221 West Holly Street, Bellingham, WA 98225
, (360) 656-5343

If you're into fancy coffee/tea drinks, this is for you!

SconeGrown

1211 Granary Avenue, Bellingham, WA 98225
, (360) 684-2667

Located in the Granary Building on the water, there is a little beach and a cool playground. There is an industrial feel, but lots of cool murals and a coffee shop! SconeGrown is known for their delicious vegan scones and a few savory vegan dishes.

Galloways Cocktail Bar

1200 10th Street, Bellingham, WA 98225
, (360) 756-2795

We haven't made it here yet, but their cocktails appear impressive! Located in the Fairhaven district where there are a bunch of cool shops and restaurants.

Evolve Chocolate + Cafe

1200 11th Street, Bellingham, WA 98225
, (360) 220-1898

Rachel and Sequoia's favorite place for a date! Chocolate options galore & some savory dishes. Located on the second floor of a cool book shop (Village Books). Lots of cool shops and restaurants nearby.

Cornwall Park

3424 Meridian Street, Bellingham, WA 98225

Great for disc golf & hangin outside. Playgrounds and a splash pad for children are available.

Maritime Heritage Park

500 West Holly Street, Bellingham, WA 98225

Close to lots of restaurants and the water. We love this park for picnics and taking walks. Totem Poles are situated throughout.

Penny Lane Antique Mall

427 West Holly Street, Bellingham, WA 98225
, (360) 671-3301

Fun antique store to explore!

Acme Valley Ice Cream Cafe

1021 Harris Avenue, Bellingham, WA 98225
, (360) 366-8135

Unique Ice Cream Experience--we highly recommend! Their ice cream is almost chewy (because the do not add air to it) and it is delicious. Located in the Fairhaven District next to many other shops/restaurants.

Wander Brewing

1807 Dean Avenue, Bellingham, WA 98225
, (360) 647-6152

Their beer is phenomenal. There is also usually a decent food truck on site.

Stemma Brewing Company

2039 Moore Street, Bellingham, WA 98229
, (360) 746-8385

More good beer--highly recommend

Kulshan Brewing Co.

1538 Kentucky Street, Bellingham, WA 98229
, (360) 389-5348

There are 2-3 locations (there is a third that may have opened). Their beer is also one of our favorites and their seasonal Party in the Woods (hopped lager) will be served in a keg at the wedding!

BACK DOOR

1119 Railroad Avenue, Bellingham, WA 98225
, (360) 671-1849

Great cocktails, LGBTQ+ friendly (as are most places in Bellingham, but there is a more obvious LGBTQ+ community here)

North Lake Whatcom Trail

Bellingham, WA 98226
, (360) 778-5850

Hiking around Lake Whatcom is gorgeous. I think it is the Hertz Trail that is nice n flat and has come waterfalls.

Great day trip--have to take the ferry. We went to Sunset Beach and loved it!

Bomb Coffee--they make a hazelnut cold brew drink latte that is amazing.

A more thoughtful version of fast food. Always hits the spot.

Potentially the best wontons around. Awesome cocktails.

Everything we have had is delicious. Cake slices galore & other treats.
