We're getting married!

Devon & Rachel met through a mutual friend in the fall of 2019 while they were both attending Wayne State College. On November 19th, 2019 Devon asked Rachel to be his girlfriend, to which she replied, "no." However, two days later she realized she made a mistake and told Devon to ask her again. They began dating on November 21st, 2019.

On July 28th, 2023 Devon took Rachel to Pioneers Park where he got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Rachel did not make the same mistake she made nearly four years earlier, and she very happily replied "YES!" We cannot wait to celebrate our love with all of you! See you in Lincoln!
